How Frequent Do I Need To Practice A Week To Improve My Fitness?

I want to improve my fitness . Now I can run from 2 to 4 kilometer but I want to reach 20 kilometers . CAN SOMEBODY POST A TRAINING PLAN ? I hope training sessions doesn’t exceeds 2 times a week.
