Aliante Station Fun For 15 And 14 Year Olds ? Please Help !?

Ok, I am turning 15 and I want to go stay at this really nice hotel and casino called Aliante Station. It is beautiful! Except, I don’t know what there is to do there? They have a pool but it is going to be during winter, they have a fitness center but you have to be 18 and up to get in, they have golf (we don’t want to do golf) and they have a speedway center (too expensive for all of us to pay for). They also have they casino and bars but we aren’t old enough to go there. I need some help! Maybe, if you guys can look and see if there is anything near that hotel that we can do or anything! I just really want to have it there so please help!

Does Getting Involved In College Activities Really Help?

Why do counselors and professors recommend activities, especially for students (like me) who sometimes struggle with their classes? This year, the counselor and head professor suggested some college P.E. classes and a music class. They say that it helps ease tensions and gives you a “break” from the hectic college classes. I got into a piano class and also a golf class. Last year, I was in fitness class. Piano class was good fun and I enjoyed being out on the golf course (Breathe that fresh air and swing that club!). Really a great experience. When I did my homework, I felt relaxed. I didn’t feel as if I was weak or having a hard time. Does it really benefit?

Plan To Lose Weight, Gain Fitness, But Need Help Please?

I am nearly 15 years old about 5′6 and 65 KG’s(143 pounds). I have been growing quite fast lately and i naturally have been gradually looking skinnier and less pudgy but i am still overweight by about 3 or 4 KGs. most of my weight is on my stomach and thighs. I have started eating more(only occasionally bad food) but it is not affecting my weight i have stayed the same weight for ages.
I need to lose weight and become fitter because i would be on the low end of normal for fitness. i play sports but im definitely not fit enough.I should be fit because i play tennis golf soccer. i have started running a mile a day for the last week i get really sweaty and red but regain my breath relatively quick.
I am feeling really unconfident and low in self esteem, so i want to know how i can lose weight faster maybe 4 kgs in two months.
Please help anyone, ive been like this for ages and i dont know what to do.
