Golf fitness

What I mean by this is if a person is an athlete, how much does good nutrition help performance and development?
What is the best kind of workout routine?
How often should one run to optimize endurance? (Is everyday the best?)
How often should one lift weights? Every other day for upper body and every other day for legs?
How often should one do ab work? Everyday or every other day?
What are the best types of foods to eat for becoming a better athlete?
Take into account that I am a female who is already very active and has good fitness, but is looking to develop more for college soccer.

Does anyone have a gym/fitness center membership to YMCA? I need a gym membership and I heard it is cheaper to go to a local YMCA. Anyone know how much they are charging per month and if they require you to sign a contract? I’m just looking for a one-facility use, standard fitness center membership.

My soccer games go for about 70min, and I usually tire around 50min. I’m a central midfielder, so I do lots of running. In the last 20mins this is where the games is won and lost, so how could I improve my fitness level? I only have about 30min a day spare that I can train. I’m 15 by the way.

I want to join LA fitness here in miami. I went on the website and they do not list any prices. I like to work out at home, but I think I would enjoy a wider range of physical activity. Does anyone know how much I should expect to pay when I sign up, and possibly how much it will be monthly?

How much does it cost to bring a guest with you to planet fitness, if you have the $10/month membership? I know it’s unlimited if you have the black card membership, but that one doesn’t include anything I would use.

I go to college and during winter break i would like to get in shape and i was wondering does 24 fitness let you buy just a 1 month pass? If so how much would it be? Also my younger brother wants to go also do they allow 14 year old kids to get memberships too? If 24 fitness doesn’t does anyone know any other place? Thank you very much.

What is the best way to meet nice ladies? I asked questions before on here, and I’m the cute guy that has all I need except a sweet “cute” lady. Where can I go to meet the nice ladies? I work 8-5, run in the hills by my house after work or lift weights in my fitness room, stay home most of the time because I enjoy being home…I go on motorcycle rides and golf on weekends, but those around me are always men…help ladies!

I am looking for hourly pay vs. lump sum for project and how much on each. I have the experience in fitness and getting what people what they want in a fitness center, I have always included that as part of being gym manager. I am now managing a facility, and have been approached by someone outside my competition area. Answers preferably from someone who consults and does gym build outs for a living.
